Amex Offer | Get 5% Cashback and a Flipkart Voucher on Utility Payments

Charging your American Express Card for Insurance & Utility payments doesn't fetch any reward points. However, with this utility bill payments offer triggered by American Express, you will be able to get a 5% Cashback on the transaction amount + a Flipkart voucher. Details below: 

Offer Details

• Pay your utility bills such as gas, water, electricity and get a 5% cashback with your American Express Card. 

• The 5% cashback gets capped at Rs. 500.

• Additionally, charging your card on utilities every calendar month (Jan '22, Feb '22, and Mar' 22) during the offer period will get you a Flipkart voucher worth Rs. 500.

Offer Duration

• Offer valid from 15 January 2022 until 31 March 2022. (inclusive of both days).

Offer Fulfilment

• Cashback and/or Flipkart Voucher will be credited/sent to Cardmember's account/registered email address by 31 July 2022.

Offer Conditions

• The offer is applicable for only select American Express Cardmembers. A Cardmember is eligible for this offer only if they have received an offer communication directly from American Express through any of its channels.

• Only eligible transactions going through merchant platforms will be eligible for Cashback and/or Flipkart Voucher. Transactions going through an aggregator (like Paypal, Paytm, PayU, Amazon Pay, PhonePe, etc.) may not be considered as eligible spends.

• Only the transaction/s taken with the Merchants categorized as Utility merchants by American Express would be considered for calculating eligible spends.

• Spends on the Supplementary Card(s) will be accounted for under the Basic Card only.
